A reputed Textile Manufacturer in Mumbai contacted the Maxima Steam Works team to help them reduce their production costs and increase their plant productivity.
On the basis of our team’s initial findings, we proposed an extensive audit to fully identify the potential saving opportunities in the plant. Our steam system assessment team visited the plant and conducted a 3-day audit of the plant’s system and processes and submitted our recommendations for process improvement.
Post implementation of Phase I of our recommendations, the customer has already seen a 5-6% reduction in fuel consumption and improved process time as a result of installing our products.
